The #3 Morse spindle is an internal, "Self-Holding" female taper. Common off the shelf twist drills will readily fit a #3 Morse taper. Adapter to go from a #3 Morse to a #2 or #1 Morse are available from local tooling supply stores. Most drills are also available with either a larger or smaller than standard Morse taper. Consult your tool supply store for various options available. The Morse tool holder is equipped with a knock-out slot for easy tool removal.

Jiffy-Spindle is the light, powerful, and compact answer to production drilling, reaming, spot facing, and similar operations. This unit is similar to the Jiffy-Drill, except there is no feed cylinder. The torque is limited mostly by the drive style chosen. The RPM of the unit is determined by the drive style, and should be limited to less than 5000 rpm to reduce bearing wear and overheating.

Use the combination of the dimensional prints for the main unit, spindle and drive style to determine the overall dimensions and to generate a CAD model.

The B-0 hydraulic motor has a displacement of 2.2 in.³/rev. The B-Series motors are economical, efficient, small and powerful. These motors are designed for medium duty applications.
